MENTAL HEALTH DIRECTIVE PUBLICATIONS
The firm has created a brochure containing brief descriptions
of the specific Mental Health Care Directives that have been
vetted and deemed acceptable by the legal system of the
State of Washington. Details regarding a particular situation
would of course require more personal discussion.
If you would like a copy of the
brochure for your loved one or yourself, or a presentation about
the current state of the law for your mental health
or medical practice in order to decide if this is something
you would recommend to your patients,
please contact the firm to schedule
an appointment to visit your office or give us your
mailing address to receive a brochure.
FAMILY LAW PUBLICATIONS
Amanda has found that most potential Family Law clients have
more questions than can reasonably be addressed in an initial consultation.
Therefore, she wrote a small e-book about Family Law and published
it on Amazon. It costs $.99. As the book explains, this is
to help clients become more invested in the process
we must go through together.
You do not need a Kindle to read the book.
In the interests of safety for potential clients who may be
experiencing Domestic Violence or have spouses
who inspect their reading materials or purchases, this book
is named "The Beginning of the End" and could appear to be
a book about death and dying, a romance novel, or
another type of fictional work. We have done our best to
keep potential clients safe, but cannot take responsibility for
any harm that arises at the hands of another. Please contact
your local police department if you are in immediate danger.
The book can be found at this link and will hopefully address
many of your major concerns. Because this practical information
about the process is now available, our initial consultations
for Family Law matters will consist of 1 hour for $100,
with payment expected up front.
This consultation covers the specifics of your personal situation
and is extended as a courtesy to potential clients
who are just looking for advice as to how they proceed. Ther firm is
currently taking cases involving divorce, custody or parenting plans.
Please see the Family Law practice area page
for more details.
